Project Overview

In partnership with: AIM International

Background

Aim International (founded as Africa Inland Mission) is an evangelical Christian mission agency serving across Africa and ministering to Africans living around the world. They work in partnership with the African church to reach Africa’s unreached peoples with the Good News of Jesus Christ and to develop leaders for the fast-growing church. In Mozambique they minister in an area called Espungabera where they mostly do pioneer mission work. Since 2002 they have managed to plant
11 churches and now need help to disciple the leaders to a mature African Church. The mission needs to provide housing for potential missionaries. Two years ago LIFT helped to complete a house for new missioniaries to the field, and last year they worked on a house for Walter and Rosie McCorkell from Newtownards who are training the local pastors. LIFT has been asked to finish off another house for a new missionary couple to the field.
