Background
CEF National Office in Albania is in Durres.
The building is on four-levels; the first floor there are office rooms for the local and the national ministry. The second floor is a flat which is used as a living area for either the country leader or other workers; on the third and fourth floors there are a classroom and guestrooms + kitchen. The building doesn’t serve only the direct ministry of CEF but hosts many mission teams coming into Albania.
The Project
CEF are looking for a solution to their heating system. They have asked LIFT to replace the heating system and to install new windows.
This would enable the house to be used throughout the year and make living and work conditions much better for the CEF staff.
